Wednesday is large $10 pizza and it’s huge! The ingredients are clean and delicious. I have visited here frequently and will always chose this as my go to pizza place. Food was par, waited about 40 minutes for a pizza on a non-busy Sunday, and the drink menu had mold spores all over it. The smell that came from the menu was overwhelming, our server Asher was so good at his job he helped the kitchen with theirs. Please do restaurant routine cleaning duties before a child finds that biological hazard, like my 1 year old.

I don't have mellow mushroom in my town so anytime I travel, mellow is my go to. This one in johnson city is the worst I've ever had. Got my pizza wrong not once, but twice. And the taste was not the same as other places. Very disappointed.
