Our server was wonderful...friendly and came by to check on us plenty. My husband's calzone was huge, and he said it was delicious. I got the avocado hoagie, and it was ok after I took off all the brown lettuce. Server saw I had removed it and said it looked "rough." She gave us a five dollar discount that I didn't ask for, but certainly appreciated. I would order the hoagie again just for the dressing on the avocado.
Third family visit to a Mellow Mushroom restaurant. Left with the same opinion. Food ok, server tried his best, and the daughter got an avacado sandwich missing the avacado! Really?

I don't have mellow mushroom in my town so anytime I travel, mellow is my go to. This one in johnson city is the worst I've ever had. Got my pizza wrong not once, but twice. And the taste was not the same as other places. Very disappointed.
