Love Panera but the quality of food has went down hill. I recently got a chicken salad and the chicken was still frozen and didn’t really look like chicken… everything else was good
I have been to this location 4 times in the last month and it has been filthy every time. The napkins in the dispenser were wet, food and paper all over the floor, sticky countertops, food and grime on the seats/walls/lighting. The staff are friendly and the food is good but it’s obvious no one cares about cleanliness.

The new menu was a blow when I was told the main ingredients such as the turkey breast was the same when it was not now it’s processed deli meat! What happened to the no antibiotics? The portions are 30% smaller and the free baguette is half the size it use to be. Needless to say my husband & I are very disappointed in Panera’s decisions on their menu & less quality of ingredients. we can understand maybe slightly less portions but not their quality too.
