We love the French Quarter for the food, relaxed atmosphere, and location on Boone Lake. You also can't beat the open air for social distancing concerns. Try the alligator bites, fish platter and $10 fish fry plates on Fridays!
Food was good, nothing great. Had the fish fry on Friday. Would not recommend the beignets.......they were heavy and not flavorful. I do have to say that the atmosphere was excellent looking over Boone Lake. Would definitely return but probably to try a different menu item.

Oh my! This place has some really good food! I love fried seafood and they do a really good job. I ate a shrimp po boy and my parents split the platter (I don't recall the name). This is an outdoor bar atmosphere overlooking the water. My only complaints would be that they did not have remoulade sauce for the po boy and the fried crawfish was very over cooked. I can imagine it's difficult to not overlook fried crawfish as they are so small. If you like seafood, try this place...read full review
