I will never go to this location again. We ordered 3 sandwiches from the mobile app and they were all nasty. I ordered extra meat and there was literally barely any meat on there. It was sloppy and dripping wet. There also were hardly any vegetables on there and not fresh. I called them to get a refund. The lady that took my call said they did not have a manager on duty to help me, and to call back the next day, and they would look at the cameras to see if the girls who made the sandwiches put extra meat on there. You can tell from the pictures I took there is hardly any meat on there let alone extra meat. I gave her my name and number for the manager and still havent heard anything from them.

Went there tonight because I saw a commercial that said they slice their meat fresh now… that didn’t happen…their meat is sliced but not fresh the bread was stale and the vegetables were soggy… worse sandwich I’ve eaten in a looooog time!!!

At night there is an older lady who keeps refusing to make steak and cheese and chicken sandwiches claiming that they are out of meat. But she said there's blocks in the back that are frozen. How can a Subway refuse to make steak and cheese and chicken sandwiches. It's now happened five times.

There is this really rude older lady who works there at night who keeps banning people and telling them that they don't have steak and cheese sandwiches. After she was told that we complained on her the next time we came in she said that we were banned by some lady named beth. We didn't curse we just couldn't believe three nights in a row there was no steak and cheese. If it's frozen in the back why can't you make a steak and cheese???

Our visit was on 9/11 sun afternoon and we found only 1 employee working. He was very courteous, friendly and polite. But was having to do all the work; and when we asked him if help was coming he responded that he would be the only one till closing. This is not acceptable! When we left store there was 9 people waiting in line. There should never be only 1 working at anytime. I think this young man should be given a raise and promotion. When we visit again, and find the same situation we will leave and take our business elsewhere.
Went in for a sub. Tanya was very rude but while I was there she took a phone call and apparently had a complaint on the phone and proceeded to argue and cuss the customer out. Turns out it was my good friend who is a supervisor at holston distributing. Shouldn't run away some of your best customers. I won't be back to any of them.

Cheyenne fixed my sub she is so attentive and friendly she knows her business she is so good she was actually fixing my sub along with someone's else's there was only her and another employee working at the time with a long line of people waiting to be served at 5 pm. I would hire her at any position she desires. Great job !!!

This Subway location has to be the worst business in Johnson City. They have incompetent employees that would rather be rude to and cuss customers. If they plan to keep going like this they might as well close the doors and give it up. they're running off what was loyal customers.

Most of the time they're a wonderful place to eat oh, tonight we went in and the young lady that was working in there was cussing using profanity being extremely rude so I probably am not going to eat at this Subway until they dispose of this young lady
