We went through the drive-thru. The drive-thru is not the best kept area and needs to be spruced up or cleaned. The speaker at the drive-thru always greets you with a recording and tells you to order when ready even when the order taker is not prepared to take your order. I indicated whe n we were ready to order and I placed the order. I'm getting sick of places messing up my order, whether by omitting something completely or just ignoring my requests or special instructions in the first place. It's not rocket surgery.
