We ordered for several family members. The bill was over 75 dollars. When we got home things were missing, and cold. I asked to speak to a manager who agreed to replace the entire order. We go back today and they wouldn't honor the replacement. Do not recommend eating here.

My rating is due to slow service. Associates seen not to know what to do (confusion). Food was so so, my Reuben was prepared with a glop of filling right in the middle, further it was cold. We we disappointed,

We went through the drive-thru. The drive-thru is not the best kept area and needs to be spruced up or cleaned. The speaker at the drive-thru always greets you with a recording and tells you to order when ready even when the order taker is not prepared to take your order. I indicated whe n we were ready to order and I placed the order. The order taker then asked for me to repeat my order and stated he/she had been asked a question by someone else even though they said they were ready to take our order. The question asker was another employee because they were not busy for 8:30 p.m.

I went to the drive thru after I got off work Friday night (1/26/24) I ordered my food ,paid for it ($36.00 and change)then was asked to pull up to the yellow line because they were waiting on the chicken to come up and I was told it would be 3 minutes....21 minutes later, after I sat in my vehicle waiting at the yellow line, 9 or 10 cars ordered pulled to the window got their food and left, I went inside to see what the hold up was on my order, at that time I was told they were waiting on fries....22 minutes, 9-10 cars leaving and my 3 minute wait on chicken turned into a 22 minute wait on fries ? The guy half way apologized ( a simple sorry we're busy )and said it was hectic, 1 door dash driver and myself inside , I saw 4 employees working, I waited 22 minutes and was told my order was finally ready, I got to my vehicle checked the bag, and the 22 minute fries were wrong, I ordered a large curly fry and a medium crinkle fry, they put 2 small curly fries in the bag.....I was too mad to walk back in because I knew it was gonna be bad if I did......this Arby's has gone way downhill and I was going twice a week and spending $36 to $42 each time.....I'll spend my time and money elsewhere

I'm getting sick of places messing up my order, whether by omitting something completely or just ignoring my requests or special instructions in the first place. It's not rocket surgery.

Not as good as in years past. This location has changed a lot since a few years ago. They used to make really good/fresh food. now It's not as good as it was. I used to love eating at Arby's when the prices weren't as high as they are now. Also miss having the Loaded Curly Fries.

I simply asked for a little bit of everything with the sauces. Lady at the window laughed and asked what type of sauces, and said that they had more sauces, Arby's sauce, ketchup, ranch, etc. Asked for Arby's sauce, tartar sauce, and ketchup. The lady at the window decided to give me one of each, only one

Arby’s is just getting plane too expensive to eat anymore. The food is great but it’s getting to the point where it’s just not worth it.

I ordered roast beef and French dip sandwiches for myself and older kids and mozzarella sticks for my young son. First off they acted we couldn’t pay for there high priced junk by saying wait a min do you have coupons. After finally taking my order and me paying they made me pull up cuz lord knows they ain’t fast. They finally brought it out and ran back in. We got home and discovered they didn’t put my sons mozzarella sticks in so a 6 year old missed out on eating takeout with his family and after crying finally ate a pb&j. I called to complain and the manager did nothing to try to make it right just said next time you’re here tell them David said blah blah blah yeah right and get the spit special. Anyways very disappointed.Kid-friendliness: They made my kid cry so not very friendly!
