I paid 53.16 plus a door dash tip. This food is very skimpy , forgot 2 of my sides, 2 xtra ribs that I ordered, no corn muffins that I ordered and forgot the BBQ Sauce!!! Not even any Texas toast ! I called and said I wanted a refund but that did not work. Keep in mind I am at work that’s why i did doordash and this is dinner for my elderly clients. How am I supposed to be out 53.16 and have Door Dash fees again ? I called and the boy admitted to messing up but …I Do not recommend this place. Not only because my order was messed up but 18.00 for a 3 -Meat plate and it’s the size of a kids meal!!

I may have reviewed this location before and given 5 stars easily. This time was disappointing so I think it’s fair to warn potential customers. They’re obviously short staffed, although the staff there was friendly. The food we got tasted good. However, the ice cream machine was off, and that was why my kids chose to go there today. They were also out of Dr. Pepper, lemonade, Texas toast (only offered a substitute after we asked), cups for bbq sauce, and who knows what else.They have changed their menu (corporate, not just locally), and the menu board is poorly designed. Nowhere does it have a list of meat choices. So you can order a 2- or 3-meat plate but it doesn’t list what meats you can choose. They now have combo meals but they’re numbered right to left (like the line moves but still odd). They also did away with their “onion tanglers,” which were unique to Dickeys.Hopefully they can pull it together by the next time we go. The Brisket is excellent. The sandwich was wonderful, along with the bun toasted to perfection. However, the fries were pretty nasty. They were full of fryer oil. Not crispy. I soaked them into a napkin, and the oil that came out was a lot. Non edible. The hot plate for the sauce was extremely hot to the touch. Not warm. Very hot. It was hard to pick up the sauce cups with sauce because they were hot. The sauces taste wonderful, though. I did not like drinking out of plastic drink wear. Plastic is just so...plasticity.

Food was VERY salty today. It didn't matter if it was the brisket chili or the westerner. Felt like we were eating a salt block. When something was said to one of the employees about the saltyness, the response was that's the way it came to us pre-mixed.

Good food...bit over cooked and dry on the brisket. Pricy but BBQ usually is. Said they had a Carolina style sauce..never did find it.Sauces may be a bit spicy for everyone.vut, worth that little burnKid-friendliness: Parents fault not kids.... Our pork was ice cold! The portions were small than normal! They were only 2 employees so they were short staff and they did their best! The drink machines were mostly carbonation no syrup. Again they were short staffed. Ice cream machine down. I was worried about eating the cold meat it wasn’t even warm! I blame this issue on staffing issues not the staff that showed up!

I ordered To go. I paid $40. The food tastes amazing. Don’t get me wrong. The portions? Are CHILD size. I ordered The 3 meat plate for $18.My $5 sandwich has the same amount of meat on it then my meat plate. This is honestly theft and disappointing. $40 for this. And my three sides. Sides are decently sized. But this is not worth the money at all.I was So excited to try this place cus I’ve heard amazing things. Never been so disappointed in my life. I honestly Want a refund.

I’ve eaten here before and didn’t have any issues with the food. Today, was a bit different. I had the chicken breast plate with barbecue beans and cole slaw. The chicken was good and edible. The beans were undercooked. They tasted fine, and I appreciate them cooking them from dry beans; but I couldn’t eat them. The slaw was rancid tasting even though it was cool enough. Had to spit out the slaw and throw away the rest. Hope this doesn’t continue in the future. Quality control for food is extremely important especially in the restaurant business.

WAY overpriced for the quality. Hadn’t been to a Dickey’s in about 5 years. I remember it being a very cheap option for quick bbq. Quality is the exact same but I just paid $18 for a pork plate and drink. You can get far higher quality local bbq for less than this place. I now understand why it was a ghost town when I walked in.
