I may have reviewed this location before and given 5 stars easily. This time was disappointing so I think it’s fair to warn potential customers. They’re obviously short staffed, although the staff there was friendly. The food we got tasted good. However, the ice cream machine was off, and that was why my kids chose to go there today. The Brisket is excellent. The sandwich was wonderful, along with the bun toasted to perfection. However, the fries were pretty nasty. They were full of fryer oil. Not crispy. I soaked them into a napkin, and the oil that came out was a lot. Non edible. The hot plate for the sauce was extremely hot to the touch. Not warm. Very hot.
