I had a hair appointment in this area, so I looked for restaurants near the Salon. We met some friends for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. They have an extensive breakfast menu with some lunch options as well. I loved some of the clever names, like Chef's Whimsy French Toast. We all tried something different and the food was all delicious! And our waitress was amazing! (Thanks Michelle!) We will definitely be back to Holly's Gourmet's Market and Cafe!

Visiting from out of town, Holly’s is a gem - full menu w about everything you can think of and/or breakfast served anytime. Lots of standards, but unexpected foods like sow belly and collards, scones, reg or fancy coffees. Cute diner-vibe sit in or out. Happy Dogs on patio. Everything we ordered was out of this world delicious. I had “toad-n-a-hole” which is avocado relish w Brie & eggs on homemade bread toasted - so yum! Servings were generous and we needed go-box. You’ve got to try their amazing candy bacon! Wonderful place and we will return soon ?

came to visit my mom in Knoxville this weekend and we wanted to try something cute and local for lunch. I'm a foodie and I live in a small town, so local flavor is a must for me. I'm so glad we found Holly's Gourmet Market & Cafe! They have lovely outdoor seating, so we got to enjoy the beautiful day. Our server, Vincent, made the whole experience extra special. He is very professional, kind, and very familiar with the menu and daily specials. The food is outstanding. Mom had the Hollyhock Quiche, which she LOVED. I had the special sandwich of the day, which was a jerk-chicken wrap with mango salsa and arugula and grits on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious. And don't get me started on the cold brew...I had to have seconds. Mom and I loved it so much that we suggested it for breakfast with my brother and his family the next day! And it was just as good! Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

On Easter weekend we thought that was going to be packed, and it was! But thankfully we got a table once we arrived, the food was good, the service was great and the place just fine! The only thing that I could remove from the menu it could be the candy bacon (too chewy)

My husband and I had family in town, so we took them here for breakfast. It was delicious and the service was great! I love how they include local products to the menu. My fave item from today's breakfast was the Cinnamon Scone! It was still ooey gooey hot from the oven. I shared it with the table. It had chunks of cinnamon chips in it which made it extra cinnaminie! I loved it sooo much I ordered cinnamon chips, so I can make my own. The only bad thing was the price. Any extra item you want to add to your meal was a big tally to the bill.

Awesome breakfast. Had a toad in the hole which is an egg cooked into a piece of bread with Brie and avocado on top. Yummy. Danielle, who services the breakfast bar area, was lovely and accommodating. I'll be back to try other items.
This establishment has an awesome ambiance with a friendly staff! The food is definitely above average and you certainly feel like you are in a market with the openness the setting provides! I will definitely be returning to Holly's!

This place has a cool atmosphere and friendly staff, but it's very pricey for what you get. It seems like every substitution has an upcharge. The chicken and waffles is $13, and it was basically just a floppy waffle with a chicken tender on it. In my experience, you can find better breakfast for a better price elsewhere.

Great place to stop and get breakfast or lunch, staff were friendly and fast. Place was clean and tidy inside, No Waiting on getting seated or served. Nice variety and variations on the usual Country breakfast etc. Plenty of parking and decent prices.
