I've been to a lot of KFC's over the years, but this establishment really disappointed me and my family. We requested original chicken but received crispy chicken instead. When I inquired on the discrepancy, staff stated that it was original and crispy chicken was in the back. Peeved! I was too tired and hungry to decline the meal, which cost over $30 dollars, so we grudgingly sat and ate in. The tables were filthy including the floors and men's bathroom. This was my second time visiting this hoping to get a different experience. Needless to say this was my last visit.

Me and my daughter we went to order , the cashier lady was so mean , she was looking to us with mad face , we ordered and my daughter went to get some buffalo and she just ignored us when i saw that i went and she say u have to pay for ur buffalo sauce i was like i bought two order of food why i cant get my buffalo sauce, she just came screaming u didn’t get chicken tenders, bruh the other two employees just look at her without saying anything and she just leaved me in front of the cashier laughing in the back . I get so mad my daughter was there she don’t have respectful. I was trying to pay my buffalo sauce and the other employee just give it to me. Her attitude is so bad i don’t think people like that should work in place like that if they don’t respect or like serving people. Her name is KAREN..

This location's closing time was midnight. My daughter and I were trying to order what we wanted at 11:25 PM, which was a Colonel's Dozen meal, with sides, but we were told that there was no dark meat chicken left, nor any sides, except for coleslaw and some other item. We were told that all they had was white meat chicken. We ended up ordering an 8 piece chicken tenders and then I made sides at home. The chicken tenders were edible, but they were not fresh and were definitely dry, as though they had been under a heat lamp for a while. I can understand this location running out of a few items by nearly closing time, especially on Saturday night, but it is unacceptable for them to be unable to serve nearly the entire KFC menu, with a half hour to an hour left until closing. This was akin to McDonald's running out of burger patties and only having chicken nuggets, and no fries, or Taco Bell running out of tortillas to make tacos or burritos, etc. Let's compare this to the nearby Zaxby's on a recent Saturday night: running out of certain items, yet still able to make most of the menu. Go figure. Whoever manages this KFC location either needs to learn how to order properly for the restaurant or they need to maybe keep their fryers on and their sides made up until closing time. It seemed odd that this KFC location is open until midnight but they had no way to make most of the menu items by 11pm or so. Were the employees trying to get done early? It definitely seemed like they decided to shut things down and start cleaning with an hour or so left to go. How does KFC run out of key ingredients for most of the menu? Very suspicious. We were not happy campers.By the way, we visited the Sander's Cafe twice last year. The experience was completely wonderful. That landmark restaurant was super busy, both days we went, but get this: they had plenty of food and it was super fresh. Go figure!

THIS LOCATION IS SO DISAPPOINTING:I have no clue who they had working this shift tonight around 5PM 12/11/2023, but they were absolutely rude. My husband walked in with his coupon for the family meal. We didn’t get the 6 biscuits, even though we paid extra for it, and the lady at the register actually huffed and puffed several times because they had to work. Us simply ordering seemed to have pissed her off, as well as the man making the food. Honestly, if working at KFC is that bad…when you’re not working, there was one dine-in and no one in the drive-thru, then quit. They didn’t even make the food. It was dry, had been under the heat lamp. The lady stated, “You can have what we have.” Their attitudes were simply disgusting. Do better or find better employees ☺️ quit crying over having to do your job.

The kindest most wonderful service I have received at a fast food place in the longest time. The ladies at the drive thru were so sweet and helpful. Very happy with my overall experience. Made my day seem a little brighter!
