I've been to a lot of KFC's over the years, but this establishment really disappointed me and my family. We requested original chicken but received crispy chicken instead. When I inquired on the discrepancy, staff stated that it was original and crispy chicken was in the back. Peeved! I was too tired and hungry to decline the meal, which cost over $30 dollars, so we grudgingly sat and ate in. The tables were filthy including the floors and men's bathroom. Dear Colonel SandersI am very sad because the popcorn chicken, my very favorite food, has been removed from the menu. I haven't been able to have any for weeks :( please bring back the popcorn chicken.Yours truly-Thomas

The kindest most wonderful service I have received at a fast food place in the longest time. The ladies at the drive thru were so sweet and helpful. Very happy with my overall experience. Made my day seem a little brighter!
