There was ants in the soda and my food was stale. I had a Krystal’s with cheese and the bread was hard as a rock and the meat was still pink ?? never again will I eat or share my business with this location.
Your Staff Is The Worst They Took All Day Makin My Food After They Said They Were Drive Thru Only and took 25 mins smh and the Guy In Fromt of Me Knocked On Ur Drive thru Window Smh Never Will I Come Back Here

4 stars all the way, Everything about this location was awesome. Adriana was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to bring us our drinks and food. She even checked on us to see if we needed refills. The manager was awesome as well and thanked us for commenting on how well Adriana and the restaurant was. My family and I will most definitely be back here to eat. This in my opinion is the best Krystal in Knoxville.
