Don't ever go to the Hardin Valley location on the weekend. You will wait forever. You will wait even if you order ahead online. There is no Hot and Ready pizza either. While we were waiting on our prepaid order, we saw many potential customers come in and then leave because the wait was so long. We did take-out and got home with a half-burned pizza and only 3 instead of 4 pepperoni puffs, but knew if we went back, it could take an hour to get any resolution. Whole staff including the manager needs to be replaced, slow, incomplete orders, burnt food, terrible customer service not really rude but just like they've never been trained how to talk to customers... it's little caesars the bar is already low but somehow they underperform

Placed an online order for pickup on 04/02 and when I got to the store they were closed. There is no way to get in touch with anyone for a refund for food we never even received due to them being closed and still accepting online orders. If you are going to be closed you need to need shut down the app for ordering.
