Placed an online order for pickup on 04/02 and when I got to the store they were closed. There is no way to get in touch with anyone for a refund for food we never even received due to them being closed and still accepting online orders. If you are going to be closed you need to need shut down the app for ordering.

The young boy working the front was unfriendly and didn't seem to know anything about their pizzas. The pizza was not very tasty either.

Don't ever go to the Hardin Valley location on the weekend. You will wait forever. You will wait even if you order ahead online. There is no Hot and Ready pizza either. While we were waiting on our prepaid order, we saw many potential customers come in and then leave because the wait was so long. We did take-out and got home with a half-burned pizza and only 3 instead of 4 pepperoni puffs, but knew if we went back, it could take an hour to get any resolution. This is a new location and has poorly trained workers and a manager that can't handle the staff. This was our third time to go, but we will go elsewhere next time.

Whole staff including the manager needs to be replaced, slow, incomplete orders, burnt food, terrible customer service not really rude but just like they've never been trained how to talk to customers... it's little caesars the bar is already low but somehow they underperform

First off, our pizza from the Hardin Valley location was delicious. However, after ordering online more than an hour before I was to pick it up, I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes standing in the restaurant until it was ready. There were 3 workers in the place, one of which was training, one appeared to be just out of training, and the other seemed overwhelmed by the volume of customers coming in. I don’t blame the workers. The franchisee bears the responsibility for operating a store that wasn’t ready for the volume of demand it would see. Kudos to the workers for putting out a great product even under extreme conditions. Hopefully management will get their act together and support their employees so that the store will succeed and customers will be able to enjoy some delicious pizza.

This location is new, so I will give it another try; however, the food was just not good. Being from Michigan, we know Little Caesars well, so I wouldn’t leave a review unless I knew how their pizza/crazy bread is supposed to taste. Definitely need to have some quality control on the dough, it’s way too chewy and the staff is undercooking the pizzas. Little Caesars has very clear guidelines, so sauce and cheese are measured. The sauce was nearly zero on our pizza, so need to inspect the standards are actually being followed. Main complaint is the dough, even the crazy bread was off. Too much salt mixed with the Parmesan cheese mixture. The staff were very friendly and the new store looks great! Will try one more time, if food is better, I will remove this with a better review.

This has got to be the worst little ceasers ever. Even after ordering online for pick up. Your order don't be ready, the door is locked and u have to wait 30 min in drive thru for your online pick up order. Won't make this mistake

Was there from 8pm to 920pm! Wathched several people come in order and leave. people with far bigger orders than me! A guy walks in orders after me and gets his order bigger than mine before I did. I asked nicely why the guy walked in after me. The manager who had her ear to the phone on personal calls the entire time. No sorry. No apologies. No discounts. Nothing! Hands me my pizza without a word to me. By the way, I have a spinal disability. You can't tell by looking at me but its severe! No seats no benches, nothing!!!! I will never go into a lil ceasars ever again!! Horrible experience!!! The manager and 2 other employees litterally walking in slow motion. Talking and cussing the entire time about an employee who walked off the job at 8pm!

Had music blaring from a personal speaker while a 70 year old man tried to order his food. You could barely hear the manager and not once did she go turn the music down. I walked out and came to the Clinton Hwy store. No need for me to spend my money when she obviously didn’t want to take our orders. Clinton Hwy was pleasant and fast!

I should have known better than to come to this one. Bad location. Bad employees. Half of them were standing around outside smoking and complaining when we arrived. Once inside the restaurant, employees proceeded to cuss around my kid. I’m not sure the owners goal, but, if it’s to hire lackadaisical, lazy employees that don’t seem to know much about the hospitality industry, you’ve accomplished your goal. If it’s to run a good business… well, owner, I suggest you spend some time in your store instead of at the house. Terrible experience.Edit ** the garlic butter you served my daughter and me was expired by about 8 months. To the owner, you are sucking terribly, man. Get in the store. Get to know your folks. It seems as if you’ve gotten over your head in a business about which you know nothing. Fix this place or close it, bud. Cause right now you and your staff need to go.
