The food was not made the way asked. We ordered a small sweet tea the boy at the window kept saying it wasn't on the screen or reciept. We understood it wasn't on screen and we were willing to pay for a tea. We pulled away called to talk to a manager and were told we'd have to call back because manager was on a 30-45 min break. We turned around and went inside. The manager named Izzy did make things right.
I downloaded the the McDonald's app so that I could visit more easily by ordering and paying through the app. I have grandkids. Works great! On this visit, I was greeted by a young worker who greeted me and then waited a minute to take my order number. He then came back on the speaker and said in Spanish that he didn't speak English and could I speak Spanish. I guess he didn't expect me to answer yes and then begin speaking.
