“I don't do taco bell usually because they either mess up the order, the place is dirty, or that staff are unprofessional, however I will be going here anytime I want taco bell! The staff was very professional and welcoming, the food was awesome, and the building was spotless!“

“you guys are the actual best taco bell location ever. i order from this location via doordash so often that it is embarrassing, and i have never received a single incorrect order. that is an incredibly good track record! i have worked at taco bell before, and i can tell from the quality that this location rotates their ingredients and follows taco bell food safety regulations. doesn’t matter what time i order, the food is always to taco bell’s internal standards. huge compliments to the employees here for that – you guys are doing great as far as accuracy and quality goes. keep up the good work, crew.“

“Absolutely the best tacobell in knoxville, not even a challenge for these other taco bell’s, everytime i go here i am greeted by 2 of the same people each time, 2 younger males they have the sweetest smile each time! The food is always on point and i never have a issue. DEFINITELY recommend this tacobell. I usually go around 6-8pm and am served very well. The new and improved dining room is great, big room and comfortable quiet eating space.“

“I ordered a Craving Box today and it was absolutely perfect. As you can see from the photo, Taco Bell really delivered on quality this time—everything was fresh and delicious!

What impressed me just as much as the food was the cleanliness of the store. It was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. I’m not from the Knoxville area, but if I’m ever passing through here again, this is exactly where I’m stopping.

“Navea helped me and was the nicest sweetest drive thru gal I ever encountered at a taco bell. Blew me away when she lead with how's my night. If taco bell had more employees like her I'd definitely go there more often. I'd give that gal alone 10 stars if it'd let me. Had to go in and change my review. I order the something everytime I come here. Tonight they charte me for extra spur cream and there's none on the grilled cheese burrito. Hell the burritos gave me isnt what I even ordered. Fast food is horrible now days.“

“Thank you guys so much for doing your job. Millertown is across the way from our apartment and we are constantly disappointed by them. They never get our order correct and the quality of the food is awful. We had our order Doordashed at about 5:15 AM today. The whole order was perfect, and everything was packed so neatly. “I work close by, so I often come through the drive-thru bout 9 to 10 p.m., and the staff at this Taco Bell is ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and never just slaps your order together. It's always so well prepared. Fast food workers never receive good recognize when many of em feel they're not paid enough for the constant work they're doing, but I wanna extend my gratitude to this team of folks at this location and tell em how much I appreciate them for being so courteous and outgoing. “This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever ate at the food is always fresh and the people feels like your friend I absolutely love coming to this one unfortunately it’s about 35 mins from me and I only go when I am up that way however I live 10 mins from a Taco Bell and let me just say I refuse to go there so yes I will drive that extra mile to come to this Taco Bell any day“

“The lady running the cash register was so kind and friendly she offered to give me and my wife a cup of hot water so we could warm up a bottle of formal for our baby while we were waiting for our food to get ready so kind of her loved the service“

“my friend's food got (very blatently) stolen and the employees were extremely understanding and remade her order as soon as we told them the issue and gave her a coupon for the trouble. I'm sure they deal with this all day but they left a great impression on me and they deserve a shout out.“

“This undoubtedly a top Taco Bell. My husband and I live nearby and we joke that this Taco Bell must be the location they film commercials at bc our food almost always comes out looking better than the photos (I know, unheard of for a fast food restaurant). The staff is so nice and the atmosphere inside is great. We say we have the best Taco Bell in America. Big fans of this location.“

“Love this location. I come here at least once a week to treat myself after finishing overnight shifts nearby. The staff are very friendly to me, and I'm always happy with the food and service. It really makes some nights of work worth getting through.

I normally order at the kiosk, or go through drive-thru if I happen to get off work before the Lobby opens at 10. However, my experiences with the employees here have been great despite the more limited interaction.“

“The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the parking lot was clean with easy access and plenty of parking available. My order was ready when promised, which I appreciated.

The only drawback was customer interaction. Employees were talking behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived, which took away a bit from the experience.

Overall, it’s a clean and efficient location, but a little more attentiveness from staff would make it even better.“

“To be fair i have one complaint but it's minor and I'll tell you why in just a second. So I love Taco Bell always have and the service of this one by the people that work there always wonderful. The food at this particular one always seems like bigger better more bang for your buck. The only complaint I have is the past three times I've been here and I know it's small but it is kind of big after this many times, I order a side of sauce on 3 occasions like a specific sauce you pay for and it got forgotten. Thankfully this time I looked and I saw it wasn't in there but if I hadn't that would have been three occasions that I wouldn't have got my sauce that I paid for it now I understand things but that does suck i'm sorry to have to be this way but after that many times something's got to change cuz I don't want it to happen you know but that's my only complaint other than that this Taco Bell is pretty phenomenal.“

“This was a little strange to me maybe only because I'm old fashioned or maybe because I'm just not used to all this technology taken over everything but I was a little surprised when I went through and was going to order but it wasn't a person taking my order it was an AI and it just makes it feel impersonal and she doesn't quite understand when you make alterations to your menu items it may take her a time or two. What happened to good old-fashioned person just asking if they can take your order?“
