Amazing service, and they were super nice when I forgot to ask for no lettuce and tomato on my tacos and had it ready super fast both times thru the drive thru! And thank you so much to Kelly for her amazing service! My favorite taco bell in Knoxville for sure.“

“I don't do taco bell usually because they either mess up the order, the place is dirty, or that staff are unprofessional, however I will be going here anytime I want taco bell! The staff was very professional and welcoming, the food was awesome, and the building was spotless!“

“Last night at like 11:20 pm my family comes through the drive through and the young man taking our order was beyond amazing he took his time to understand and he had the best mannerisms I’ve heard in a fast paced service our order was correct and fresh we need more YC’s like him way to go! 10/10“

“I ordered a Craving Box today and it was absolutely perfect. As you can see from the photo, Taco Bell really delivered on quality this time—everything was fresh and delicious!

What impressed me just as much as the food was the cleanliness of the store. It was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. I’m not from the Knoxville area, but if I’m ever passing through here again, this is exactly where I’m stopping.

“Navea helped me and was the nicest sweetest drive thru gal I ever encountered at a taco bell. Blew me away when she lead with how's my night. If taco bell had more employees like her I'd definitely go there more often. I'd give that gal alone 10 stars if it'd let me. Had to go in and change my review. I order the something everytime I come here. Tonight they charte me for extra spur cream and there's none on the grilled cheese burrito. Hell the burritos gave me isnt what I even ordered. Fast food is horrible now days.“

“Thank you guys so much for doing your job. Millertown is across the way from our apartment and we are constantly disappointed by them. They never get our order correct and the quality of the food is awful. We had our order Doordashed at about 5:15 AM today. The whole order was perfect, and everything was packed so neatly. It took me back to the 90's. Thanks for caring about the quality of your work.“

“Everybody loves Taco Bell at some point. Sometimes you gotta just pig out on Americas version of Mexican food. But really guys, you're supposed to be the cheap late night option and it just keeps getting disproportionately more expensive.

Stop the gimmicks to get ppl in. Just do the basics like you have for decades and keep the price low. No fancy mini chalupas needed.“

“The Taco Bell in Loudon is an absolute disgrace, filthy, service is terrible and this is why I drive the extra miles to Farragut for this particular Taco Bell, service is great, employees are friendly, and the food is made right and accurate.“

“The lady running the cash register was so kind and friendly she offered to give me and my wife a cup of hot water so we could warm up a bottle of formal for our baby while we were waiting for our food to get ready so kind of her loved the service“

“I frequent this location late night, and hands down receive the best quality food and service out of all the locations I have visited ever. My chalupas are always made fresh! Thank you for that because the location on West Lamar Alexander parkway in Maryville turn their fryers off at 11 pm so they don’t have to serve anything fried till close.“

“Came in 5/1/26 midnight and the drive through was closed due to delivery so I went inside the store. It was very clean in there. When I entered the young man working the cash register was super friendly to guests and was a hard worker. I got a value combo with 1 burrito , 1 chalupa and 1 crunch taco with a large Baja blast and cinny twists for under 9 usd. Pretty good but the main reason I write this review is for the service provided by the young man. And how efficient everyone was despite it being past midnight.“

“The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the parking lot was clean with easy access and plenty of parking available. My order was ready when promised, which I appreciated.

The only drawback was customer interaction. Employees were talking behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived, which took away a bit from the experience.

Overall, it’s a clean and efficient location, but a little more attentiveness from staff would make it even better.“

“This was a little strange to me maybe only because I'm old fashioned or maybe because I'm just not used to all this technology taken over everything but I was a little surprised when I went through and was going to order but it wasn't a person taking my order it was an AI and it just makes it feel impersonal and she doesn't quite understand when you make alterations to your menu items it may take her a time or two. What happened to good old-fashioned person just asking if they can take your order?“
