“Absolutely the best tacobell in knoxville, not even a challenge for these other taco bell’s, everytime i go here i am greeted by 2 of the same people each time, 2 younger males they have the sweetest smile each time! The food is always on point and i never have a issue. DEFINITELY recommend this tacobell. I usually go around 6-8pm and am served very well. The new and improved dining room is great, big room and comfortable quiet eating space.“
“Best Taco Bell i’ve ever been to. I go here for lunch almost daily, they always pack the food full of cheese/meat/etc. never a flat or sad burrito in sight. super friendly staff who always take care of you. service is super quick, I get my food within 5 minutes or so of ordering, I’d like to applaud this crew for being an awesome staff. p.s. i’d buy your baja blast zero in bulk if I could- you all should put it back on the app ;)“
“me and boyfriend place an online order at this location all the time and it is always made 100% correct every single time. we both work nightshift and by the time we get home we don’t feel like making food so we swing by here anytime from 12-1:30am and the staff is always so amazing. The employees never seem annoyed and always have amazing customer service. there is one man that works the drive thru almost every night and he is just so sweet! highly highly recommend coming here i’ve never been disappointed <3“

“Navea helped me and was the nicest sweetest drive thru gal I ever encountered at a taco bell. Blew me away when she lead with how's my night. If taco bell had more employees like her I'd definitely go there more often. I'd give that gal alone 10 stars if it'd let me. Had to go in and change my review. I order the something everytime I come here. Tonight they charte me for extra spur cream and there's none on the grilled cheese burrito. Hell the burritos gave me isnt what I even ordered. Fast food is horrible now days.“
“Thank you guys so much for doing your job. Millertown is across the way from our apartment and we are constantly disappointed by them. They never get our order correct and the quality of the food is awful. We had our order Doordashed at about 5:15 AM today. The whole order was perfect, and everything was packed so neatly. It took me back to the 90's. Thanks for caring about the quality of your work.“
“Front end and back end restaurant employees made sure the food was made correctly. The low rating for Atmosphere is do to the dining room seating and bathroom fixtures being out dated and insufficient parking places. The restaurant is now closed for renovations.“
“My soft shell was a little chewy but they replaced it with a much better one. It was good. The young lady at the front was awesome. And they had outside tables. Not many fast food places have them anymore. Even though it is right on Lovell road it was still a piecful dinner. I will be going back.“
“Food and Service is top notch at this place. Staff was mind blowing considering it's a taco bell, so kind and hard working. Only downfall is the homeless that comes in and out constantly to go to the bathroom and do drugs or make a mess. Unfortunately staff can't say anything“
“The food is fine, but the service is uneven, especially the drive-thru. You have to check your order carefully to make sure they got everything. I've had to go back multiple times after returning home to realize that part of an order was missing.“
“People talk bad about this location because the people are a little edgier than other locations but let me tell you, they are much more than that. I was at Taco Bell last night and as I went to leave with my food, a giant bear rushes me and takes a hand full of my nacho fries. I freaked out and tripped on a chair and fell. I froze. I had no idea what to do and truly no survival instincts. Seconds later a Taco Bell employee, I think he said his name was Josh came out with a broom and a spatula!! I swear he was my knight in shining armor. He growled and hissed at that bear for a few seconds and the bear ran out of the store and into the creek horrified. Josh came over, swooped me up, and made sure I was okay. I was shaken up and decided to dine in and after all that my food was still hot, delicious, and visually full. I recommend this for lunch, dinner, and maybe a safe haven when the apocalypse comes. Taco Bell is love. Taco Bell is life.“

Service was great at 12:30am, but they did mess up one item for my wife’s boyfriend. I’ll be back, but next time I am ordering inside.

“The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the parking lot was clean with easy access and plenty of parking available. My order was ready when promised, which I appreciated.
The only drawback was customer interaction. Employees were talking behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived, which took away a bit from the experience.
Overall, it’s a clean and efficient location, but a little more attentiveness from staff would make it even better.“

“I love this Taco Bell! Always has great service and always quick with getting our food! My daughter is super picky and always wants this out and add this and they always get it right! The store is clean! Everything is just as perfect as it could get for a Taco Bell!“
“I don't do taco bell usually because they either mess up the order, the place is dirty, or that staff are unprofessional, however I will be going here anytime I want taco bell! The staff was very professional and welcoming, the food was awesome, and the building was spotless!“
