We scheduled a cake tasting 2 weeks in advance and picked out the flavors we wanted to try, and we were advised of the $30 fee. We go in today at our scheduled time at 1:30, and they tell us they don’t do cake tastings, but we can buy slices of cake to try. They then tell us that they need a day or two in advance for cake tastings and that we can reschedule. If they can’t remember to put a cake testing on the schedule, I wouldn’t trust them to remember to schedule the wedding date.

I will give it 2 star out of 10 on the order of butternut strawberry cake. It was all butter and sugar; an ordinary box cake, a great presentation without the taste.. Not going there anymore.
Went there today Feb 27th,got a mousse cake,it was stale and had a horrible taste.All there pastries are gorgeous to look at,but are they fresh and considering the very high price, I would expect better.Should have known better,when they still had Valentine cookies for sale.

Absolutely delicious! My family came into town and they tried it the first day and requested we go back every day. The desserts are so fresh and unlike any I’ve tried anywhere else. I love how they have honey cakes, those are so rare to find. Best bakery in Knoxville!

I love coming to the Artisan Cakery. They have really delicious and gorgeous pastries! Everything is pretty pricey, but I love supporting a local, small business.
