The lemon poppy seed cake is to die for!!! Went in here to pick up a last minute cake for my fiancés birthday. They had a few options available and we went with the raspberry red velvet. It was super flavorful and moist but also light. I saw the sliced lemon poppyseed cake and grabbed that was well. I've been dreaming about this cake since then! Sad I don't live in the area to come back regularly!
How did this place get a 4.5. It should get 5 stars all the way. As someone that grew up with fresh pastries in Europe, this is as close as we can get to the real deal out here. I was very impressed. Love that the cakes are not too sweet and overpowered with icing. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know.

Absolutely delicious! My family came into town and they tried it the first day and requested we go back every day. The desserts are so fresh and unlike any I’ve tried anywhere else. I love how they have honey cakes, those are so rare to find. Best bakery in Knoxville!
