Ok this is literally the best Wendy's location. The people are so nice!!! The service is amazing. The food is great and was exactly what I ordered, every time. It is super clean and welcoming. To everyone who rates this poorly, I disagree!
This Wendy's on Kingston Pike is the nicest Wendy's I've ever been to! After ordering my food, I told them that I was going to wash my hands so they put my food under the heating lights until I got back! The entire restaurant was immaculate and didn't have that "fast food" smell like almost every other place. I also enjoyed their soda "pop" machine that offers dozens of choices. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for anything more!

Excellent. From ordering to food to tables. The restaurant was super clean and it was lunch time. Long line but it moved fast. The food was hot and delicious. The employee was wiping down tables and straightening up. Very nice ladies working, too. Such a nice change of pace compared to teenagers that act like they're doing you a favor! Thanks!!
