This is the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I have had a worker stand with their back to me and ignore me 5+ minutes while waiting at the front counter. The laziness is mind blowing. When they do work, they get the order wrong frequently. They often serve under cooked chicken, I believe it's a moronic and lazy way to cut a corner.They also quit taking carry out orders via the app, you have to go through the drive thru, which crawls. I ordered 4 piece chicken dinner on this Popeyes and I wanted my chicken all in dark meat. These dinner supposed to consist two thighs and two legs. They gave me one small thigh and three very small legs. When I asked why is pieces are small the kid who was taking my order went to his manager and told her what I asked. Ordered family meal but I have to say that chicken had no taste, i paid 28.00 for the food and not worth that’s money. I don’t mind paying for the food, but at least check ur chicken flavors and seasoning,.
