Ordered family meal but I have to say that chicken had no taste, i paid 28.00 for the food and not worth that’s money. I don’t mind paying for the food, but at least check ur chicken flavors and seasoning,.

This is the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I have had a worker stand with their back to me and ignore me 5+ minutes while waiting at the front counter. The laziness is mind blowing. When they do work, they get the order wrong frequently. They often serve under cooked chicken, I believe it's a moronic and lazy way to cut a corner.They also quit taking carry out orders via the app, you have to go through the drive thru, which crawls. I again believe this is to hide their laziness, when you come inside you can see the incompetence. With the drive thru, you are just stuck.When out of spicy tenders they will serve plain tenders and play dumb, they have done to this me multiple times.I have given them so many chances and am usually so disappointed/ripped off.

I ordered 4 piece chicken dinner on this Popeyes and I wanted my chicken all in dark meat. These dinner supposed to consist two thighs and two legs. They gave me one small thigh and three very small legs. When I asked why is pieces are small the kid who was taking my order went to his manager and told her what I asked. The manager went and told him to tell me it’s all dark meat “take it as it is” but the kid was nice enough to give me the other piece of thigh on the down low. Just go to show that she (manager) doesn’t care about her customers.

Place is always a mess but the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is pretty decent. There are some good workers sprinkled in there.

Rude and mentally slow workers do not know how to ring up an order correctly, then they get mad when you tell them your order is wrong. Also, they don't allow you to change chicken pieces out of your meal (ex, 2 thighs instead of a leg and thigh). So, the chicken police ringing up the order prevents you from enjoying the pieces I prefer. Therefore, the last 2 times I visited this Popeyes location I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because of how I was treated by the staff.

So I ordered spicy chicken with a biscuit then for my side I ordered mashed potatoes and then I used my rewards and got a free bowl of mashed potatoes as well but instead they gave me red beans and rice and a strawberry biscuit. No mashed potatoes. I also ordered a sweet tea they gave me a Sprite.

Ordered a 5 piece Spicey chicken 2 redbeans and rice... the rice was tough wasn't steamed long enough. The chicken wasn't spice and it tasted like it was fried in old grease. It left a thick old oil taste in my mouth. The chicken was dry like if you microwaved chicken a day later. This was around 2pm I don't understand why the food wouldn't be fresh. Normally popoyes chicken isn't dry nor does it taste like churches reused grease chicken...this match definitely tasted like some old churches chicken.

Live in the area, every time I come something is wrong. Order is wrong, they forgot something, wait 15-25mins, and etc. I have no idea what goes on in the kitchen.

Staff is very unorganized and all need to be retrained or fired. I had the worst experience of my life. I go through drive through and was told that the machine was down and to come in and order. I still had to wait in line because I could not go around in line because of curb. Finally get inside and then an employee starts yelling at me that the lobby is closed. I told her that I was instructed to come in and she said well too bad we’re closed. So then another employee said no we’re not… so they go back and forth arguing over if they are open or closed but it was nowhere near to closing time. She starts cussing and walking off. They finally take my order and then tell me they are out of everything that I want. So I wasted 30 mins of my life to not even get any food. I will not be back and I’m definitely calling corporate because it was such a terrible experience. I never complain, I understand that most places are short staffed but the way I was treated was wrong.
