“Have my doubts to eat there because look kind of bad from out side, I'm wrong inside is very nice place, service is good, food come out fast, I order combination pho was so good flavor, pasta rigth texture, broth good flavor all was good. “I've been wanting some Jamaican food for months, but didn't feel like going to north Nashville. Google introduced me to this restaurant. They had super high reviews so I decided to try it. When I walked in, the young lady at the counter wasn't the most friendly. She seemed to be having a bad day or something. She spoke very low and I had to have her repeat herself a few times. I'm assuming she may be the one everyone talks about that has a bad attitude. She gives off the vibe that she doesn't enjoy her job at all. The man who was cooking in the back did smile at every customer. He seemed to be enjoying himself. The food looked amazing as she was preparing it. She was very generous with the portions. My Ox Tail plate was $27....not bad. I looked up and saw Jamaican patties and lost it. MY FAVE! On to the food. The Jamaican patty made me want to cry. It was so dern good! I ate it in the car driving home. Got home and go to my plate. The cabbage was just alright. It LOOKED bland, but it wasn't. It didn't taste bad at all. I just expected to be wow'd and I wasn't. The rice and peas...its hard to describe what was happening there. The the didn't taste overcooked, but it was definitely something. Again, it wasn't nasty, but it's something about the consistency. The Ox tail was gooood. And they give you a LOT. I bought this plate at around 12:30pm and I ate off of it all day so $27 wasn't bad at all. All in all, I'd go back. I just now know what to expect. “Great place! We had joked about the name for awhile but finally decided to go in and we were impressed. I had the lunch special of Kun Pao Chicken with a pork egg roll. Ask for their homemade hot sauce…it’s a slow burn that is still with me (15 mins later) but really good.My coworker had their Steak and Rice bowl (beef). He was quite impressed with the quality of the beef.Large portions of tasty food. I believe this ja now on our weekly lunch rotation. Mexican family business. Kenny was at the counter today. His dad worked in a Chinese restaurant for many years and his mom apparently has the Mexican recipes. That explains the unique combo of offerings.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite. The chicken teriyaki skewer appetizer was good and big. I also got their lomein. I give them 5 stars. Everything was hot, and good. Couldn't ask for more from a take out restaurant. They do have a couple of tables which is nice.. i didn't have to sit in my car to eat.“
