“Actually this KFC, is better than the one On Germantown parkway,most KFC, has gotten pretty bad, as well as Popeyes which chicken is getting bad in this area, hopefully this one will try to avoid being like the other chicken chains in this “

Food has always been good, But the service we received at The Crazy Coop was top tier. Also, The burger has improved . It seems they took a good Burger and Made it a GREAT burger. We’ll be back!“

“The food is really good here. I placed an online order. I was told 15 minutes. I went to get food and paid. I was told a few minutes. 45 minutes went by and still no food. I asked about it. They told me they would start the order then. They seem to not always get the orders in the order they come in but somewhat willy nilly. It was also a little smoky. The food was good but expect a wait.“

“I would recommend, but the owner needs to make sure each store is consistent. I've only eaten from there 3 times. the one in Southaven I had the salmon combo - delicious, awesome. The one on Walnut I Door Dash for lunch last week and had a double sliders combo for the first time - it was delicious - sandwiches were made as I ordered. I was really impressed! the only the wrong was i ordered carrot cake & got lemon cake instead I don't care for. someone should have called to give me other choices. Today I skipped going to Southaven (who's customer service was excellent) to go back to the Walnut which is 9 minutes from me - bad choice. I ordered online & got my food to come home. should've checked it first - will do IF I go back to that location. got sliders combo will all I had the last time just left cheese off. The patty wasn't half as thick as the one patty I had on the delivered order. I didn't get my grilled onions. I had to open the sandwiches to see if a slice of tomato or lettuce on each - may have been a thin 1/3 of a slixe of tomato on each. I don't even know how to describe the lettuce. The German chocolate cake - deeelicious! I will support again, but service should be the same at all the stores. I know to check my orders even though Southaven shows their customers the order before bagging it. I shouldn't ha e to drive out there when one is closer.Oh your onion rings are the BEST at both locations! And the salmon sandwich - best I've had! I plan to try more on your menu.“

“Ordered online for my lunch break, co-worker ordered too. Got there at the scheduled time and there was a sign on the register that said short staffed, please be patient. Had to wait about 10 minutes. There was one employee, taking orders, handing out orders and making pizza. He was doing an awesome job, and when I made it back to work everything was correct. GREAT JOB!“

“I do recommend them because their wings and hamburgers are great. I just wish they would have paid a little closer attention to the wings they served me. I believe one of my wings could have gotten up and flew away, as it has so many feathers on it. Made me sick to my stomach.“

“We normally come here on Wednesday nights for the $3.00 off Stromboli's. They are so good but since this was Friday we had a taste for the pizza. Double Pepperoni and I can say the cheese is cheesy and good. The pizza is fresh and hot. So good! The selection of food is great but the best thing is that the combination of the atmosphere and the friendly warm greeting you get when you enter the restaurant. The staff is always friendly, attentive and excellent. You never have to wait for refills and the food never disappoints but it disappears! We always have the best servers. A man came to our table several times just to check on us as well as other customers in the restaurant. He talked with us a bit and found out we were Wednesday regulars about 1-2 times a month. He thanked us for coming in and introduced himself as the owner Jerry. We really appreciated him for that. It was nice to meet him and chat. We had the double pepperoni pizza with garlic knots and topped it off with dessert-a cannoli. Oh and my other party had a Michelob ultra which he says hit the spot! Definitely one of our favorite places to eat and of course we look forward to our next adventure there.“

“The wings were good but not the best I've had in town. The celery and carrot were not crisp like I'm use to but everything tasted fine. I got the 6pc meal suggested by the lady at the cashier. I'm not sure if it's their style or the vibe they're going for but I was a little put off by the fact she barely put her phone down to answer my questions. Unfortunately not the experience that makes me want to come back. I hope they train their team with better customer service. Sometimes I can overlook the customer service if the food is exceptional but it was just above OK. ?“

“Ordered their honey hot, lemon pepper wings, catfish filets with seasoned fries. Everything was good but the seasoned fries were over seasoned. Too much salt for my blood but will definitely order from them again. Just ease up on the seasoning on those fries.“

“When I first walked in your front cashiers/ staff had their heads down looking at their phones and one was playing a game. After I placed my order I decided on jalapeños and the cashier acted like it was an issue. Food came out fast and was hot. The turkey and ham sub was outstanding, tasted very good. The wings were like baby small, like a Cornish hen wing. The food outweighed the horrible service.“

The Memphis Gold wings tasted good, but were on the really small size, like your eating a baby chicken. The sandwich my partner got was 5 stars. Delivered in a respectable short time for 1:30 on a Saturday. Filled my needs for a busy Saturday afternoon. This location was a former KFC, then Lavoro’s Italian, then Captain JJs.“

“Let me preface by saying the pizza we got was probably the best we have ever had from LC. However, the service yesterday… not so much. I order an extra most bestest and a bag of bread. Told the guy I don’t need the sauce and didn’t want to waste it. I pay via card. He puts a pizza box and a smaller box on the counter. It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a LC so I’m like hey the bread comes in a box now? And open it..: it was cheesy bread. I tell the guy and he makes an excuse that he put in bag of bread and just wasn’t paying attention and apologized and takes the cheesy bread to exchange for a bag of bread. I say ok and ask but did you charge me for cheesy bread (which costs more). He said no that he put in the breadsticks. He gives us the bread to go with the pizza and I ask for the receipt. He seemed uncomfortable but gave it to me. He did charge me for cheesy bread so I show him. You could tell he knew and said he’d go get a manager and walked away. He comes back and says he will just give me $1 out of the register. I say no, that’s not even the right amount - cheesy bread is $4.99 and breadsticks are $3.50. He sighs and goes back to the back. I can hear a woman talking but not make out what they say. He came back again and this time gave me $1.50 out of the register. It’s not about the 1.50 - it’s about the fact that the employee gave me the wrong food, lied about overcharging me, attempted to keep my money and in the end still did not properly rectify it. He should have refunded me and recharged me the correct amount for the goods I purchased. In the end it wasn’t worth the hassle for a few more cents I was overcharged. If he had just admitted his mistake initially, I probably would have not bothered with the refund and just bought bread in addition to the pizza and cheesy bread. No manager ever came to the front. No clue if it threw the drawer off at close. As I said at the beginning though, best LC pizza we have ever had so they definitely did something right on that end. Just please train the employees to do their job correctly. The guy was polite during it all though so he definitely did good on that end!“

“Great customer service! I inadvertently ordered from the location (distracted while ordering from the app), and when I called to cancel, it was handled very professionally. I probably deserved some difficulty (or at least I would have understood), but the associate I spoke to was very gracious and was quick to get my order canceled (after it was made, by the way). “I don’t want to brag but I’m a wing expert. I know great wings. I know average wings. I unfortunately know badddd wings. The Wing Factory East wings are my favorite. They were great!! I admit i was a little mind blown. I can’t wait to go back and try more of the seasonings. Ill either have wings from there or home, period! Staff was friendly too!“
