The manager-Lori Hale from Smith County would not even come to the window when ask to speak to her! They were not busy-I was the only customer at the time.. Lori was very rude!! Lori has a lengthy criminal record! From stealing from her elderly parents and other people as well, drugs and beating her parents.. she is a very evil person! Folks, watch Lori.. she will steal your credit/debit card numbers… she is a well known thief!!!

This place have some decent burgers and they remind me of Whitecastle burgers but with mustard on them, the line was very busy when I arrive but it was definitely worth the wait, they don’t have no dine in at this location but they have tables outside.
All I ask for was no pickles on my burgers. But I got burgers with so much mustard on them, that every time I bid into him the Buns would slide out from the burgers because it was so wet with mustard. A little bit more attention to the quality of the burgers that are being served would be great. How about a little less ice filling the cup and a little bit more of a soft drink. 3/4 of a cup of ice is really not needed. Other than that everything else was good.
