Always a warm welcome when walking through the door. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The food is also on point every time I go in. My go to is the Philly cheese steak and it never disappoints.

The sandwich was excellent. The problem here is that they are slow. I get that they make to order but even considering that fact, I've seen faster turtles. When we come here we have to allow extra time to get through this location when compared to other Knoxville area locations.
