Ordered our usual WORKS pizza. Was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived at Lenoir City, TN location 15 minutes after placing order. Was given a cold, dry pizza. First time disappointed at this location. Plan to order from different place next time!

Holy, great balls of fire, the new Twix Papa Bites are unbelievable! These things melt in your mouth with the warm carmel oozing down the side of your mouth. They can't be beat. I ordered an extra cup of carmel but don't waste your money there is plenty with one cup and all the carmel they pour all over them. By the time you are done, you need to take a shower. I ordered ahead for pick up at 6:00, 5 L/XL pizzas. I got a text at 5:26 that my pizza was ready. I figured they would be under heat lamps and still hot and delicious by the time I could get it at 6:00. When I went to get them the staff at the store was very friendly. We got home with the pizza which was still hot and delicious and everyone enjoyed it. I just moved to the area and will definitely order from here again.
