The workers are flat out rude I have held off on doing this given them many times to correct the mistake but this is the last time I call over something not being done correctly and each time I have called they are rude to me arguing with me over what some pizza and wings that they couldn’t get right. There is no need to be rude to your customers for y’all’s mistakes and ik mistakes happen but being rude over it is not ok I work fast food my self and ik if someone was to call my store and I said well to bad or that it’s their fault that they forgot something I would be in trouble NEED MORE POLITE EMPLOYEES and I should have gone to marryville papa John’s where the wings actually have sauce on them

Ordered our usual WORKS pizza. Was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived at Lenoir City, TN location 15 minutes after placing order. Was given a cold, dry pizza. First time disappointed at this location. Plan to order from different place next time!

we encountered one of the worst customer service issues we have ever seen with this one. they were incredibly rude to my 59 year old disabled mother. and when I tried to call to get the conflict resolved, the manager robert was incredibly rude to me as well, said we were all lying and was just terrible. I recorded the entire thing.

The general manager Robert treats his employees horribly. He would scream in his assistant manager’s face when things got busy, no self control, horrible customer service and expects to keep workers.. food is good, but needs better management. It does not look good for the company.Do not waste your time here unless you want to be brutally disrespected because they don’t care and wonder why at the end of the day that they cannot keep their employees and expect them to work their butts off, but treats them TERRIBLY!! 11/10 do not recommend.

First off, the customer service is brutal. Every time you call to try and place an order, they don’t have time and you get hung up on. Witnessing how the employees getting treated is mind boggling. The manager does not care, he treats his customers the same way that he treats workers. Horrible experience. If you are really craving pizza, the Dominoes down the street is so much better anyways.

Worst experience ever!! I called and it transfers to a call center then I tell the call center what I want and that I'd like to pick up in an hour. She said she will need to transfer me so she transfers me to the store location in Lenoir City and the guy who answered the phone is so rude and saids I need to call the number back he can't take my order and I explained it was the call center that transferred me to him so he hangs up on me. I call back to be put on hold then told that they cannot make my pizza the way that I'd like (half and half nothing special).Ridiculous I spent almost 15 minutes trying to order a simple pizza!! No wonder why no one actually orders from this location anymore...their customer service is by far the worst ever!! Find another job if you hate yours so much that you need to be hateful and rude!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Holy, great balls of fire, the new Twix Papa Bites are unbelievable! These things melt in your mouth with the warm carmel oozing down the side of your mouth. They can't be beat. I ordered an extra cup of carmel but don't waste your money there is plenty with one cup and all the carmel they pour all over them. By the time you are done, you need to take a shower. You are so sticky and feel so good after eating them. Buy one order for every person at the party because you will not want to share! The Shaq-a-roni is a great pizza for all you pepperoni lovers. The breadsticks are okay. They also have diet dew, so you don't feel the guilt of eating them Twix Papa Bits. DON'T WAIT GET THEM TWIX PAPA BITES BEFORE THEY ARE GONE! PAPA / SHAQ DON'T SCREW THIS UP AND TAKE THEM AWAY!!!!!
The food is actually decent here, and the staff are nice. The reason I am giving 1 star is due to this franchise not honoring many of the national Papa Johns deals. By not having those deals, they are basically charging twice the price of any other Papa Johns for the same thing! Not acceptable.

Ordered from Uber eats to this location. Gave directions of how to make my pizza and they even had my exact directions printed on a label placed on the box. Some how they still failed to fallow directions causing me to miss out on eating dinner. The manager said to contact Uber eats since I ordered from them which is fine. But the rude employee that answered the phone, the condensing way the manager spoke and failing to follow directions on a 25.00 single pizza is absolutely ridiculous. Thank you Uber eats for giving me a full refund and they are escalating this situation to their team and giving the store a review on proper service. This location is unacceptable.
