This place is dirty. We are the only ones here (2 of us) and every table and chair is dirty. I used the womens restroom, I'm not sure when the last time it was cleaned was as the toilet has a distinct ring in it and there was no soap, which makes me wonder how the female employees are washing their hands after using it. The sandwich was pretty good though. Lacking in the veggies. We shared a Philly Cheesesteak and there were barely any green peppers, a few more onions though.

My 1st time in the restaurant: one young woman behind the counter who ignored me.Finally another customer explains how to order. I put French fries on my order and she tells me I don't have any and can't make any more. The lack of personality and helpfulness might have been forgiven if the food was amazing. Sadly, my Philly cheesesteak was unremarkable. Take your chances

Coworker and I decided to try this place. I had tried it a long time ago but in a diff location. WOW. It was excellent. Buffalo chicken and wicked we’re our whiches and we got a large fry and shared it. Dang this place is great. Employees were super nice too

Placed an online order early Sunday evening, website said they were open till 8,The door said they were open till 8,I was by about 7:00 to pick up my order, the doors were closed and locked, not a car in the parking lot.So I can't rate the service or the food, because both, were non-existent.The manager just wanted to blame the problem on unemployee didn't seem concerned that I was out to trips. I did get a refund but don't recall even an apology.The days of customer service and concern over clientele's opinion are all but gone.I suspect this location to be closed as soon as the lease is up.

Well I ordered a Turkey sandwich. Was suppose to have cheese Turkey and mustard and it only had Turkey and mustard but was loaded down with mustard tasted awful.

This is a money grab. Sandwiches places on a hamburger bun just like the ones you get at the store. You know the little ones. $10 for a brisket sandwich. Sandwiches do not come with drinks or sides. They must be ordered separately. They were to put pickles and onions on the sandwich. I had two 3/8" wide onions on the sandwich. Had to open it just to make sure they were there. Don't waste your time with this one. There is nothing full service about them. They could learn a lot from Missions Barbecue unfortunately there are none nearby. Completely disappointed.
The food is usually amazing. It's definitely a better sandwich shop than Subway if you ask me. My only complaint about this location is that they'll shut down 2 hours earlier than their posted time. And this has actually been a problem here in Lenoir City with all fast food. I guess I expected better. It's not been just one instance of early shut down here.

Very confusing to order. Overall disaster. Sandwich is not bad. Both sandwiches were missing ingredients. The front worker actually took our order. The cook also ask a few questions about the order. The fry machine was broke. She said it had been broke for a month. Back area kitchen was a dirty. Will be out of business soon if they don't address the issues.

We placed an online order Friday 5/28/21 at 6:50 pm assuming they would be open until 9:00 like there website says. Once I arrived they have a sign posted on the door stating they closed due to a shortage of employees. I understand the shortage of employees but the bad review is because they still took my money and I’m having a hard time getting a refund. I feel like the order should have never gone through.
