I would have give. One star but the boy working tonight, Kyle, we fantastic. With that being said, he is a high school working his third day ON HIS OWN. Ever time I visit here there is someone new who has been there a week! The sandwiches suffer from this and it is NOT the workers faults. I do not like knowing these are under paid overworked TEEN AGERS. Have respect for your workers and maybe your store would be better! Went there to get sandwiches for dinner. One 17 year old kid for the entire store during peak dinner hours. Let me start by saying he was polite and hardworking and did a good job. He could have been a pinch faster but it really seemed he was very new because he didn't know all the ingredients on some sandwiches. After standing in line for 20 mins for 2 people in front of me, he started my 3 sandwiches. Was going to get 4 but there were people behind us and already took 20 mins...read full review

Been coming here for the past 22 years. Zero issues until now.Just a quick thought. If you order an hour in advance online and you still have to wait behind 7 customers just to get that sandwich made, then what's the point in ordering online. I order online simply because most of the time I don't have the time to wait.This makes the 2nd subway locally to not have their act together.
