Placed an order online. Website stated order would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived to pick it up and was told it would be an hour. Could either st an wait or come back. We chose to get a refund. When I called to speak to a manager, he told me they were very busy and the internet couldn't get up. He really didn't care. These places want you to either order by the internet or the app. If they give the wrong times, then someone should be on the phone calling the customer.
