Let's see.1. Their Philly Steak is NOT a Philly. There's no cheese sauce and they put pizza sauce on it.2. My sandwich was missing its toppings.3. The cashier was so busy carrying on a conversation with someone on his personal phone that he didn't ring my order in correctly.4. Everything is ordered a la carte, so what could've been a combo meal ended up costing $20 (sandwich, fries, drink).
Definitely miss the one in Hendersonville TN, I think they closed the wrong one. This location in Madison TN is dirty, the service was horrible and took forever to make our subs even though it was not busy. We took it to go because it was so dirty inside, all tables hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we got home to eat the subs barely had anything in them, it was all bread. This has become mine and my best friends new lunch spot!!!! As a vegetarian, they have THE BEST veggie sub I’ve ever had. I get the east coast style with all the veggies except green peppers. Zac is AWESOME. Great service, friendly, and the food is so fresh.I always look forward to my weekly sub from here.
