“I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK YOU CANDACE!“

“Bill, I have to admit I have a man crush on you. It started with your back hair, but then you served me a sandwich in your backyard over the summer and it was love at first sight. Your meat balls are so round and spicy and covered in pesto and parm (pepperoni too), so dreamy. You dazzled my taste buds with the Korean Chicken sando, which might be my fav. In all seriousness, Bill is gonna make you a sandwich you cannot deny and will love, so take a leap and pick anything from the menu. PS don't sleep on the Broccoli Cardini and the Potato Salad both are a perfect fit. “I highly, highly, highly recommend Wednesday's Jerk Chicken Special at Rae's Gourmet Sandwiches on Union. That is, if you enjoy involuntarily and pitifully yelping as you jump straight up out of, and pretty much fall off of, your office chair from the incredibly delicious and even more incredibly painful heat of the spices with your very first bite. The instantaneous clearing of any toxins in your body is spectacular. No worries, though, these antics go entirely unnoticed by your co-corkers who don't even hear you yelp because, while it seems to be ear splitting in your own head, the spices have actually sucked the breath out of you and it is a silent scream. Even as you walk in circular fashion around the office frantically flapping your arms like a chicken trying to whip up some semblance of a cool breeze to save yourself, you'll only come to realize that your co-workers think this behavior is normal for you. “Me and my girlfriend went to this place for lunch a few weeks ago and I was impressed with all the different types of unique sandwiches. On this visit I had their club and my gf had the Italian and she added jalapenos and banana peppers to hers. The sandwiches were really good and didn't disappoint.“

"Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) “I went to Corner Bakery Cafe for a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. It's a small place that offers take out and dining in options. The bake goods all looked fabulous. I forced myself to choose between the coffee cake and a brownie cause I definitely didn't need both. I went with the coffee cake, it didn't disappoint but I still wish I would have gone with the brownie lol. Staff was really nice. I also had the bacon Avocado bowl minus tomatoes. It was delicious. “I bought the bar b que chicken salad and the buffalo chicken salad. Both of which I have bought numerous times before. The bar b que chicken salad was great but the buffalo chicken salad was so hot I could not eat it. I expect it to be spicy but this was way over board. Hated to loose my $7 but it had to be dumped ?.“

“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. A special shout out to the young Sandwich Artist Ryan, who's careful attention to detail in preparing my Cold Cut Combo was only outdone by his amazing personality and very welcoming demeanor. “Always on our ‘eat list’ for Nashville. The chicken is always perfect, delicious and you choose your heat level. The sides are the star. I get pimiento Mac and cheese and black eyed pea salad. My husband has food allergies (mammal/dairy) and he gets coleslaw and fries. He has never had an issue with their food. The employees are so nice and check on you to make sure all is perfect. “Always have a great experience here, friendly staff and food is always excellent. Our only issue is that the gift card machine has been down for over a year - this is the only firehouse in our area, we love to frequent here but it is frustrating we have inquired many times about a timeframe for getting that fixed so we are able to enjoy our gift cards. Would really love for this to be seen by someone and hopefully fixed soon!“

“Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “While this Subway can be hit or miss as far as customer service, they do make great subs. Unfortunately, when I went there yesterday, I noticed that they had raised the prices on everything and they are evidently having issues with receiving certain ingredients. I have a feeling they are dealing with some of the financial ramifications of certain things going on in the world right now. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway for good food. The only reason they lost one star was because of the customer service at the time.“
“Fresh and yummy subs were a hit tonight. We were craving a good fresh sandwich, and JM's delivered. We opted for the giant because we were hongry, and we made the right choice. “It looks like an average SubWay, the location is hard to spot if you're driving, and the interior is once again average SubWay. I've been to this one I guess three times at this point, and one of the popouts to me is that the bread tastes pretty good in comparison. They also, at least for me have always made neat sandwiches. You may or may not like this as it takes a little more time and you get slightly less but you also aren't attempting to hold together a shredded head of lettuce with mustard all over it aiming right for your pants. I don't really consider any SubWay sandwich great any more. But of the ones you've got these have been the neatest, slightly better than average, if there's not too much about the place that actually screams for you to reach out and proclaim that it's exceptional.“
