The menu pictures are a little outdated. The lunch special is now $8 but was wonderful. Both my wife and I ordered chicken livers. They were so AMAZING! Fresh and made to order. They were hands down the best I've ever had. I had Fried okra and steak frys. Also cooked to order and came with a roll. My wife had the potato salad and carrot salad. Both were homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious ?. The service was great. Although the restaurant is old. It was very clean....read full review

Overall the experience for our group was very good.Excellent value. Plenty of food portions.I had the chopped steak mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and a roll.Kaye had the shrimp with Cole slaw, steak fries and hush puppies.Both were good and well cooked.
