The door dash is damaging your walk in customer base. The staff is so busy packaging and double checking orders for these lazy customers it is ridiculous. If things are not corrected we won't be back. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to order with one gentleman in front of me.

Stopped in for 2 steak biscuits. I got a pleasant surprise. Wroker got two of them and threw them in the trash. He looked at me and said they were cold and he knew I would not have been happy. He ordered me two fresh ones. I was very happy. That's the first time that has happened at any restaurant, although at some other restaurants I have gotten cold food before.
I went through the drive-thru. Therefore, I can't judge the atmosphere. The food was good, but not very warm. The lady at the drive-thru window was very friendly and personable.

My husband and I were just there at Hardee's and it was the worst experience we've ever had!! We placed our order in the drive thru and when we got to the window they didnt have our order! We had to repeat ourselves 3 different times!! They didn't take our money at all and my husband asked for the manager and he asked her what was going on? Her response was I work with kids! My husband is an assistant manager and would've handled that alot better than she did! I will not be going back there ever again!!

Hadn't been to Hardee's in years. Got a grilled cheeseburger. It was great. I will be back.
