My daughter and I absolutely love Rocky Top Snoballs! We have been a customer for years and still enjoy stopping by for a snowball several times a week. There are currently 4 snowball / shave ice places in Maryville that I’m aware of and Rocky Top is our favorite. They use a good amount of syrup - not so little that you end up with plain ice at the bottom, but not so much that you feel like you’re getting sick on straight syrup. Also, I feel like the ice “stays” better and doesn’t melt as fast, but it still has a good smooth snowy texture.
