Great snow but even greater service. Today we visited and Mr. Duane gave our family a mini magic show. Him and his wife were so sweet. Prices were also very reasonable. We'll definitely be back to support them!!

We had Rocky Top Snoballs come to our neighborhood for a subdivision event and everyone loved them! The snowballs were smooth and the flavor offerings were great. The owners were such lovely people I would not hesitate to schedule to come again.

My daughter and I absolutely love Rocky Top Snoballs! We have been a customer for years and still enjoy stopping by for a snowball several times a week. They have a huge selection of flavors including really tasty sugar-free options with optional toppings as well. The customer service is top notch! Their kindness is always so appreciated.In response to the comment regarding the change in the ice machine...yes, it did change. The ice is smoother and, in our opinion, better than ever! It is fun to eat, holds the flavoring nicely and the texture is perfect! This was a good change for us!They have a cute little shaded area away from the road with picnic tables and lots of toys/activities for kids and families. This had been a wonderful memory over the years for my daughter and I. If you haven't tried them yet...go! You will love it!

There are currently 4 snowball / shave ice places in Maryville that I’m aware of and Rocky Top is our favorite. They use a good amount of syrup - not so little that you end up with plain ice at the bottom, but not so much that you feel like you’re getting sick on straight syrup. Also, I feel like the ice “stays” better and doesn’t melt as fast, but it still has a good smooth snowy texture. My daughter and I will often split a bigger size and our favorite is the silver fox with cream.

10/10 LOVED this place:) The owner showed me and my friend his magic tricks and they were hands down amazing just like the snowballs!!! He even called me by my nickname (smelly) which was hilarious!! definitely will be back:)

We visited Rocky Top a couple years ago when we were visiting. It was the best shaved ice we ever had went back about 3 times that week. We are now visiting TN for only a couple days but had to go back and see if it was still there and it was !! We told the owner how we were visiting from Maine and had to come and get a snowball and she was super excited that we drove all that way just for shaved ice!!! They have so many flavors to chose from wish I could try them all. On a hot day or any day stop by and get the best shaved ice around. The owner is super sweet and personable. We will be back again hopefully next April and will definitely be back again!

This is the best snowballs I’ve ere had!! It’s incredible, their flavors are so cool! My favorite is the butter beer with cream, it’s ridiculously good! What I love about it is that it’s not like a little cup where all the ice falls off, they have actual cups, it’s not messy at all! Thanks for having sugar free items!
A little sad- I’ve been coming here since they had a place in Seymour and I went today and they’ve changed their ice machine. It’s not the traditional New Orleans one anymore and the ice is much more coarse like a Hawaiian style instead of a New Orleans snowball. Still good just not what I’m looking for in a snoball

Real New Orleans snowballs outside of Louisiana doesn’t happen that often. The cart outside of the foam zone was sweet. Literally. Nice folks that know how to make a real snow ball. Don’t let the shaved ice words below the SNOWBALLS wording fool you. That’s for the out of towner. Great ice and good flavors.

my family and i absolutely love this place and the sweet staff? we pick this place over all the other sno-ball/sno-cone places due to the great customer service and the surprise magic tricks from Dwayne while waiting in line?. I have been many times and even on the days where the wait may be long and they may be overwhelmed , they never fail to put a smile on every customers face by smiling through the craziness!!! 10/10 would recommend going to Rocky Top Snoballs.

So I went there to get a snow cone and I ended up with a snow cone and a show… snow cones arnt even my favorite thing but now I want to go back just so I can see if Dwaine(sorry if I miss spelled that) there, if you go get one definitely ask and see if he’s there it will be worth your time.
