Service and food was great it just took a few minutes to give my order. I think there was just one person taking orders, making food and drinks, then handing out the food and condiments. This is the best taco bell my wife and I have been to in a long time. I think it's been YEARS since I have had Taco Bell that is THIS good, and I eat taco bell regularly once or twice a week. The staff was amazing and the food was hot and fresh. Plus, the tacos were actually full of meat, cheese, and lettuce!

This location is consistently not as good as the others. I asked nicely if I could have something remade. I'm a cashier, so I never treat other service workers rudely. The staff talked passive aggressively at full volume as I waited. I get it. At least wait until I leave.The guy at the counter was nice enough to fix it for me.

General Manager seems to be afraid to order items especially highly used items like cups, napkins and, mountain dew. Usually out of 2/3 of those items. Doritos Tacos always seem stale by the time we get them. Night Shift likes to close over an hour before they actually close.

You have to place your own order. If you don't understand how to use it and everyone was in the backing. To me it just takes longer.
I went there this afternoon and I ordered 3 tacos and a pinto cheese. It was cold and the taco shells hadn't been heated up at all. No one should ever have to eat that. I couldn't bring it back because I live far.

Had been in contact with Tecala, and they had promised to reimburse me for the item I was shorted. I took my negative review down out of good faith. She lied, and now I wonder why they wanted my address? It's been 3 weeks and nothing. This location is not only the slowest one I have been to, but they screw up the order almost every single time. I won't ever waste my time on Toxic Bell again.

Even though 6 people working and fairly slow tables were all messy with food and trash. Garbage can also overflowing. Manager, big guy on the food line, constantly cussing at his workers. I requested to order at the register since I have problems with the kiosk and was told sorry, to order in person I needed to use drive-thru. They had several people standing around and a register was available. Dropped $40 for myself and 2 kids. Will hit the Mexican place next door going forward and get better food and service plus free chips and salsa.
