Everytime I get a frappe the blended ice is already melted. It makes no sense since those are made on the spot. I get an apple pie literally every morning on the way to work...this morning it was ice cold. The manager was very rude and said I'll make more but it'll be 13 mins. This is probably one of the worst mcdonalds I've been to in my 45 years on this planet. Honestly if there were more options nearby, I'd probably never go at all.Everytime I go, something is missing from my order. (Fries, straws, ketchup). Every other time a sandwich isn't made correctly.This visit they added a drink to my order. I had them take it off when I payed. Driving to pick up window, I noticed she took off 3 fries also, lol. Been to alot of McDonald's in my days but the experience I got this morning and again tonight were the best I think I ever seen. Not only was the place so clean and the service was amazing but the food was perfect. Like something you only see on the TV commercials. The employee even refused to let me carry my tray andnot only carried my order but made sure I had enough napkins and condiments. Came over and refilled my coffee.
