I was told to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I waited over an hour. Went back through the drive through and the girl did apologize, but told me some computer was down or something, and they couldn't remember who had ordered what ?. They could've easily walked out to ALL of the many cars waiting, and asked what their order was!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Went last night and wanted to get two pizzas, one three meat and one pepperoni. Well it was only 9:04-9-05 and when I asked for the three meat the boy working drive thru copped an attitude and said they couldn't make it since it was already after 9. So I was like ok that's fine so got two Pepperoni's instead. I had to wait 30 minutes and they weren't even busy, the pizzas looked like they had been sitting out for a while and not fresh and when he put down the color of my truck it said "greenish car" when it's clearly a black suv. Won't be going back at night or possibly at all if they don't do something about the employees on nights.

Then we tried calling for 45 minutes and no one would answer and and we have Kids and we couldn't get back outo go up there to complain to get refunded Or remade, so therefore.If you're eating it Little Caesars, you better look out for your food. You might find Black hairs in there. I am pregnant. Had to wait 45 minutes on the food. Then can't get nobody to answer cause I want to put hair in my food. He didn't even scan my barcode on my phone when showed up to get it. I am a very angry customer and very upset and they will refund my money.

I stopped in at Little Caesar's in McMinnville around 7:30 PM on Friday, 02/23/2024.There was a line of vehicles wrapped around the building and the lobby had 4-5 customers standing inside.I could see that the crew inside was working their butts off.I pulled up to the window to get a hot-n-ready pizza. As busy as they were, they surprisingly had plenty stockpiled.The young man working the window was doing a great job of alternating between taking care of lobby customers and drive thru customers. He was keeping both lines moving smoothly.He had a great attitude and was smiling the whole time. It's not that often anymore that one gets great customer service at a drive thru window. I didn't get his name, but this guy was on his game.If they keep offering the kind of customer service I received while there on this visit, I'll be spending my money with them when I'm in the mood to go out and pick up a pizza.Great job!
Idk what has happened to this place over the last year. Buy a pizza that claims over 100 pepperoni and you get like 25 pieces. Order pepperoni cheese bread and it's still raw. The Detroit pizza so over cooked my Doberman had to chew it like a rawhide. Seems like the youth working there have no clue on how to prepare and make a pizza

stopped in for a Hot and ready pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread. it was about 12:30 - 1:00 PM. just around lunch time on a Sunday. they had nothing ready.. no PIZZAS, no CRAZY BREAD, no Lunch DEEP DISH pizza. ended up just leaving. went home and had some good old fashion soup.
