The food is absolutely ? amazing! But, the service is absolutely ? beyond horrible. I ordered and paid for my food 1 hr in advance and still had to wait another 45 minutes to get it when I arrived. The cashier was too busy eating and talking. Then, she had my order incorrect and didn't want to fix the issue. She finally did, in which took yet another 15 minutes.Again, the food is amazing! One of the best BBQ spots in Memphis, but they have to do better with customer service and time.
They were nice, but after receiving the rib tip sandwich with bone-in ribs, I ate the coleslaw and the onion rings. I had to go.
