I recently discovered Cheffie's Cafe in Memphis, and it has become my go-to place for a delicious salad. When I first arrived in Memphis, I was craving a fresh and satisfying salad, but it seemed like every restaurant offered barbecue, steak, or asian cuisine. I love the salads at Cheffie's! The staff was not accommodating at all about food allergies. No knowledge of certain ingredients and seemingly reluctant to ask or seek info within the store from labels or the manager.Dietary restrictions: I was able to eat fresh vegetables and bring my own salad dressing to enjoy this restaurant and avoid allergens.

The food is fresh and the place is clean but no matter what I ask, I ask for a napkin and Splenda the only reply was a finger pointing otherwise staff was cordial food was excellent which was why I was there ?
