Not sure about the name as we didn't really see a lot of chile verde anything on the menu. But anywho... They make a tasty burger and some decent tacos. I'd rate them higher but the truck has a really bad smell. We almost left... Good burger though.
Saw some reviews online about this food truck and really was excited to try it out. The food was phenomenal. Massive burger and plenty of fries for the price. The burger was fresh and tasted delightful. We were the only ones there and we got our order very quickly. The girl who took our order was not helpful at all with any suggestions but thankfully I had looked online at some reviews. My fiance ordered the enchiladas and they were fine. Satisfying tacos, the carnitas version is especially nice because the chef running this buggy knows his pork. Go for a Mulita if you want that extra richness of avocado and the kick of melty cheese toasted on the griddle.
