“I’ll give these guys credit — they did a good job. The food actually reminded me a lot of Backyard Burgers, which is definitely a compliment. It was easily better than your typical corporate chain food, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I had been curious about this place for a while, so today I finally stopped in and tried a simple double cheeseburger. For the price, what I got was absolutely worth it. Their double cheeseburger is a big ol’ hoss of a burger all by itself. Honestly, I’m not even sure fries or tots would’ve been necessary to fill me up. Quality-wise, it met my expectations and then some. I wouldn’t say it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life, but it’s definitely far better than some of the sloppy greaseball burgers I grew up eating. Overall, as a first impression, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite. They offer a lot more than just burgers, and I plan to try some of their other items next time. But for a place called Tommy’s Burgers, it only made sense to start by seeing if the burgers were actually any good.“

“I would recommend, but the owner needs to make sure each store is consistent. I've only eaten from there 3 times. the one in Southaven I had the salmon combo - delicious, awesome. The one on Walnut I Door Dash for lunch last week and had a double sliders combo for the first time - it was delicious - sandwiches were made as I ordered. I was really impressed! the only the wrong was i ordered carrot cake & got lemon cake instead I don't care for. someone should have called to give me other choices. Today I skipped going to Southaven (who's customer service was excellent) to go back to the Walnut which is 9 minutes from me - bad choice. I ordered online & got my food to come home. should've checked it first - will do IF I go back to that location. got sliders combo will all I had the last time just left cheese off. The patty wasn't half as thick as the one patty I had on the delivered order. I didn't get my grilled onions. I had to open the sandwiches to see if a slice of tomato or lettuce on each - may have been a thin 1/3 of a slixe of tomato on each. I don't even know how to describe the lettuce. The German chocolate cake - deeelicious! I will support again, but service should be the same at all the stores. I know to check my orders even though Southaven shows their customers the order before bagging it. I shouldn't ha e to drive out there when one is closer.Oh your onion rings are the BEST at both locations! And the salmon sandwich - best I've had! I plan to try more on your menu.“

I had mole that knocked my socks off, a steak and napolitos dish that was incredible, and the best tamale of my life with some real good black beans and rices super friendly staff, and just literally the best food.“

The Hispanic young lady gave me her name but I forgot and I asked her to forgive me. Nevertheless, she was top notch as usual. There's never a long wait. The servers are usually professional, kind and serve with a smile. The food is always delicious. I am very funny about food taste. So I find myself going back to American deli on because I know the food is going to be very tasty, clean, presentable and edible. I will be going back soon.“

They are so friendly, on point, quick, and it’s a very good atmosphere but I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to Bri “Brianna” on the morning shift, she went above and beyond to take care of me. Chick fi la needs to send her around to all their other locations to let her give a class on how an excellent employee should behave! Kid-friendliness: I don't think the location has a lobby area where customers can dine in. This location is drive-thru only.“

“I haven't been to Cook Out in several years, so kids & I tried it out (stage rd) before going to the Bartlett parade this year!
Service was quick, menu is packed with options. Prices have raised about $3 since I've last been, but that is understandable with economy/inflation.
Plenty of seating. Restaurant sitting area was clean as well as the restrooms.
Food still tasted great. Milkshakes were soo good...still sooo many options to choose from!!
Chicken sandwich not so great, but that walking taco was 🔥 & the burgers were devoured by my kids, so that's a total win!
Young guys running the registers like professionals! Kind, helpful & quick!

“This was the first time in this Arby's in five years. We normally go to the 64 location Convenience, like everyone else, we broke out with our coupons. Two French dip subs, fries, drinks. Man, our order was up very quickly. And we were on our way. The food was hot and fresh and did not disappoint. “BIG BIG DAMN SHOUT-OUT to the night shift who prepared my order last night. On my way into work last night I only had a few minutes to grab something to eat and make it to work on time. There was no line I was the next car at the speaker I put in my order as a double patty melt grilled onions cheese light mayo, seasoned fries Sierra mist. Please let me tell you the night crew did the damn thing. I have had four double Patty melts at this location and last night was the best one I give them a 1000 out of 10 seriously! So big shout out to the night crew after 11:20 p.m. last night thank you all so much for taking care of my order with no mistakes on top that the atmosphere was peaceful and very calm and pleasant.“
