I know several businesses have struggled since the pandemic. However poor service is just poor service. To be in the mall they have a very limited variety compared to the poplar location. Today. I stopped by and they refused business because everyone was on break. Smh
I cannot make an order with this store. Their online orders webpage says that i am unable to make an "online order" from this location - try another. When i tried to call, they put me on hold for >15 minutes. I can hear them talking , but they never picked back up. I was unable to call back because their phone is off the hook.
