The cookie cake I ordered for my coworkers birthday was amazing! Kelly is wonderful and her staff is so sweet. The cake looked great and tasted just as good as it looked! Thank you for your excellent service! I will definitely be back!!!Kid-friendliness: The cookies are great and the staff is unbelievably amazing there!

Standing at the front counter and the girl with the red hair just standing there on her phone looking at us. We stool there for 5 minutes maybe more. So i tells her people are waiting she says ok with attitude and kept attending to her phone and finally walked from around the back still on her phone. Asked foe a manager she tell me no manager is in. Whoever is this store owner or manager of this store. She needs to be fired. Im sure hiding behind a machine on your phone is not in the job description. Especially having a nasty attitude when you are asked to do your job.

I am sitting in front of your counter front on a Saturday afternoon at 2:45 pm waiting for your two employees to return to work. They are still in the store but are both on break. They do have to keep turning away customers. I am not sure why everyone goes on break at the same time at one of the busiest times of the day or why they don’t get out of sights of the would be customers. I would hope they could be better trained in customer service and break rotations to allow your company to actually sell cookies on a crowded Saturday afternoon.

I know several businesses have struggled since the pandemic. However poor service is just poor service. To be in the mall they have a very limited variety compared to the poplar location. Today. I stopped by and they refused business because everyone was on break. Smh

I cannot make an order with this store. Their online orders webpage says that i am unable to make an "online order" from this location - try another. When i tried to call, they put me on hold for >15 minutes. I can hear them talking , but they never picked back up. I was unable to call back because their phone is off the hook. Unable to remotely contact this store - must walk up to make order.Lady at store was real courteous, however.Message from owner: "we are so sad blah blah blah

Horrible customer service I go to the counter and I’m not greeted at all, just stared at. The young that took my order never opened his mouth to say anything and it was a young lady there on her cell phone posting on social media, instead of doing her. There is a charge of 0.35 cent for orders over five dollars, which is weird but anyway I’m not trying to knock anyone’s hustle but then you have the audacity to ask if I want to leave a tip? I think not work on your customer service and I would gladly give generous tips. Whatever happen to southern hospitality?
Was by far the worse cake ever. Decorations were nice with icing but the cookie cake itself was straight greasy and doughy. Not cooked when we opened it for a birthday celebration. We couldn't even eat it. Even servers and our friends at the restaurant said whoever made the cookie cake obviously didn't care to bake it. Basically raw cookie dough. Truly disappointed and lucky we didn't eat it or else we could have gotten sick.This order for a cookie cake was placed in advance also which made it even more sad. Waste of money altogether.

I arrived to pick up cookies at exact time as they said. Cookies wasn't ready, I have to wait extra 30 minutes and change my schedule. They look at me like they make me a favor to make this cookies for me. Never again use this place.

We told the older gentleman we were interested in a cookie cake for my son's birthday. My husband asked "What size is the one in glass case? The man answered "That's not a birthday cake, it's a Super Bowl cake." That was not my husband's question. "We asked about the sizes and prices of the rectangular chocolate chip cookie cakes. The older gentleman behind the counter says "Come on get let your husband get the biggest one...it's only about $40." I replied "That's not what I asked. What are the sizes and prices of the rectangular cookie cakes?" Sarcastically, he repeats "Your husband wants the largest one...won't you let him get it?" Again, his answer did not answer the question asked. We had to pull info out of this guy and he was pretty sarcastic, not funny sarcastic, just kind of rude. We ordered since it was what our son had requested. We picked up the cookie cake. Same gentleman working as last time. He asks our name and he bring us someone else's cake. After he finds the right one, he says it will be almost $47. We ask to see it and only 3 of the 6 words in the message are written on the cake! (He had told us that if we ordered the largest cake, that all 6 words and the design would fit.) We asked if he could fix it and he replies "it's the designer's option to change it & she couldn't fit it." We asked why she made the design so large & he replies that she did the design first and then she ran out of room. We explain that without the full 6 word caption, the design does NOT make sense! I remind him that last year, your shop fitted 7 words and a design on a smaller cake. I ask if he can do anything & he says "no." We paid, told him we were not satisfied. The $47.00 cookie was incredibly THIN (much thinner than last year) and NOT MOIST (it was very difficult to insert candles in it) VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The chocolate chip cookies are chewy and good. I especially like their snickerdoodle, though. These cookies are soft and not crunchy. They're also big and filling.
