Go at your own risk!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I drove around through the drive thru and placed my order. I gave the man in the drive thru cash for my order. Don’t you know the man told me to pull up because he had to make the order fresh while doing that he put the money in his pocket. Right before my eyes.But I went ahead and pulled up anyway. Y’all I sat and waited on two 12 piece chicken liver dinner for 45 mins. They never brought the food out. I finally got out the car and know on the window because their inside is closed to the public. No one never responded. I finally seen a young lady sitting down in the lobby area taking her break. And yes you better believe I interrupted her break. I told her I had been waiting on food for 45 minutes. She asked me what did I have and I told her. It’s sad she had to stop her break to go and make my food. I don’t even know if she washed her hands. Y'all when I got the food this is what it looked like…. I am pissed and hungry… customer service really suck now days. People wonder why we do not support their businesses… this is why… the service and food was horrible. I understand stand every on needs a job…. But we need to reevaluate the quality of people we are hiring. Back in my restaurant days, I would have never did anyone like this… and let me add when you call the store to complain, no one never answers. Almost forgot, as I am driving off I noticed the man that took my order is sitting down in the shed behind the building looking at his phone and smoking. Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and didn't move an inch. Finally made a turn and left. Really wanted some fried chicken livers that day.
