In the past this location had reasonable customer service. For this particular visit, there were 2 employees. One taking care of the drive through and a female employee just standing behind the counter seemingly bored. Zero greeting from either. I stood there and waited. Finally, the guy working the window came over and spoke quietly and non expressive as he took my order. The female that made the sandwich, though did ask if I needed a bag, never once gave any friendly interaction. Just a dazed, bored look with zero interest in communicating, just a basic look of contempt that seems so prevalent now in this area. If we pay 16 bucks for a combo at least customer service could be present. It’s sad to see this franchise get like this as the service used to be great in the past. Looks like I will stick to ChickFila.

I walked in and nobody said a word. The dude that took my order never said a word. Some girl sitting on a cooler on her phone glanced up, looked with a stink face for 2 seconds and then right back to her phone even after I spoke. The guy that looked like a shift lead or something spoke minimally, but that’s it. And the sandwich is something I can make at my house. Waste of $15 and my time, honestly.

this is the FOURTH time i have asked for a turkey tom unwich with no mayo and they have given me a regular sandwich drenched in mayonnaise. i absolutely love jimmy johns but i can't keep going when they get my order wrong every time. Unfortunately my family had experienced the same things. :(

I came in around 2:20 ish on 7/16/23 and ordered the chicken caesar wrap. Tried to pay with my card, but the machine wasn’t accepting it. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that was taking my order, but she was super helpful and offered to grab the manger to sort the issue out. Told her no biggie and I’ll pay in cash instead. Wasn’t trying to though since I wanted to leave a cash tip. Either way things went well and I wanna salute the team for their hard work ?? (Found out the issue regarding my card. Long story short, I made a large purchase before coming in and I have a protection plan with the bank I’m with whom intervenes on any big purchase I make till I verify that I indeed made the transaction. Sounds crazy, but it happens with any protection plan to keep us safe ?)

Delicious sandwiches, chips and drinks. The girl at the register would not speak up so we could hear her and she got our order wrong. The older gentleman was incredible and fixed the issue asap!Clean restaurant and great location
