The customer service is god awful I was in there for lunch today and while I was waiting to order someone In front of me only had 3 dollars and when he told them that they immediately yelled at him and said that if he only has 3 dollars than he shouldn’t be coming into their store and they act like jerks to everyone that walks in that store
I got a chicken pot pie and it was good until I started getting chips on bones. The 1st 2 I let slide but the 3rd I threw it away. Imagine if a young kid or older adult would have gotten that pot pie. They would be choking to death without nobody knowing

I want to apologize to the staff at this restaurant for cussing them out. Doordash told me inncorrectly to come to restaurant bc my order was stolen by the driver. Once I called them back I was transferred to kfc customer service and I was given a refund or I will in 72 hours. So once again I do apologize to the staff bc this could of all been resolved over the phone.
