The lady in drive thru is very unprofessional. She doesn't mind insulting customers with her head set still on. She had on glasses looks like she might have been a little heavy but she's the worse and needs to be a cook instead of dealing with the public

The young lady at the window was rude. She did not speak. She did not thank me, and she never smiled. All I ordered was a large slaw, which was not filled to the top, so I had to order another one. They told me I had to drive all the way back around to the speaker, even though there was no one in line. I understand that they are trying to get the orders out in a timely matter, but it would be nice if they could be courteous and at least act like they are happy that we chose to come to their restaurant. It’s just sad how they acted. Even my 10 year old granddaughter noticed they were mean. SMH

Store has false advertisement that they close at 11pm on a Thursday. They closed 30mins early and refused to take anymore orders. If the store closes at 11pm. There should be enough food prepared for that final hour to ensure their is at least a meal or to available to serve customers. This needs to be fixed. I believe the workers are taking the food home that could be used to make profit.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. I’m an extremely kind human being and I hardly ever complain about most inconveniences, but the girl at the window was so mean. She hardly acknowledges you, seems mad at something and won’t even acknowledge you if you say thanks. I understand it’s not the most fun job but people still are gonna love you because you’re a human. They left something off of my order, no spoon and wrong sauce ? Great way to get food after a long day. Really disheartening ?

This KFC in Germantown TN was awful. The restaurant is really dirty. The girl at the counter was not friendly or helpful. and the food was terrible. This is not a KFC we would eat at again or recommend it. Ugh!
Sad, stood at the counter for 15 minutes while all 6 workers including the manager looked at us or walked past us. Finally the drive-through person asked if we had been waited on, smh.

So, my husband & I came to the drive thru to place an order. The employee that took our order was very disrespectful. All we did was placed our order & she called herself yelling at us. Understandbly so we all get frustrated with doing our job, but that doesn't mean to speak rudely to paying customers.Cashier: QuinteriaUpdate: Came here again, & the chicken was not done! ? It was pink on the inside. The guy over the speaker was talking extremely low & had music playing in the background. Didn't ask us what drinks we wanted. & when we mentioned this at the window, he still got the drink wrong smh. Will not be back here & do not recommend it!!
